Tri-County 4-H Music, Speaking, and Demo Festival Saturday, January 12, 2019 Augusta Community Center, Augusta  WHEN Saturday, January 12, 2019 WHERE Augusta Community Center, Augusta TIME     Speaking/Demonstration:  Action Centers and Registration will start at 8:30 a.m.  All registering are strongly encouraged to participate in Action Centers-they need youth to participate to be judged!  The remaining speaking events will start at 9:00 a.m. and hope to be completed by 1
