Fall StrongBodies

Join us for the Virtual StrongBodies Program on Tuesdays & Thursdays, from 9:00am – 10:15an from October 1 – December 19, 2024. StrongBodies has been shown to increase strength, muscle mass, and bone density. Classes include progressive resistance training, balance training, and flexibility exercises.
